Hello! My name is Stephanie Brock, and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year. I love teaching third grade, and I look forward to getting to know you and your child this school year. Together we can work as a team to ensure that your child will have a positive and enriching third grade experience.
I am a graduate of the University of North Texas. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Elementary Education. I am certified to teach Special Education PreK-12, Elementary Education 1-8, and Early Childhood Education PreK-Kindergarten, and ESL.
I am starting my 22nd year of teaching at Valley View Elementary. My first two years were spent teaching special education, then I moved into third grade and have been here ever since. I feel very fortunate to be a teacher at Valley View since I first walked the halls as a second & third grade student many years ago. I stayed in EISD through fourth grade. My family left Texas for three years, but we missed it so much that we moved to the Lake Travis area. I went on to graduate from Lake Travis High School and then attended the University of North Texas.
The most important person in my life is my son Anthony. I have been very lucky to have Anthony attend Eanes ISD. He has been an Eanes student since he was in the Child Development Center at Valley View when he was three months old, He continued his time at Valley View as a Cardinal from Kinder-5th grade and a WRMS Wildcat for 6th-8th grade. He is now seventeen years old and will be a Senior at WHS!
